Police Officers Seen Protecting School Children During The Clash Between them[Police] & Protesters

The Arise for Ghana march began yesterday morning on a positive note. In the evening, however, misunderstandings between the Ghana Police Service and the Protestors led to a violent brawl in which both police personnel and protesters were injured. At one point, demonstrators began throwing stones at the police, and the police responded by firing tear gas at them.

The entire region became insecure for civilians. It appears that some schoolchildren have been utilizing the path where police and demonstrators battled to get home. A number of police officers have devoted their lives to ensuring that these children reach their homes safely. Observing the images in this post, one can observe that the policeman strapped some students to their backs and carried others.
