It is very apparent that observation is relative. What one observes about a situation or occurrence may differ from what another observes about the same situation or occurrence. Some Ghanaians may not even consider the selection of the new Inspector General of Police to be a significant legacy, but A Plus considers it to be one of Akufo Addo’s greatest accomplishments.
Ghanaians cannot disagree that Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr. George Akufo Dampare has been one of the country’s most effective IGPs. The man is diligent, approachable, very investigative, kind, and a devoted security officer. Several Ghanaians have praised him for the manner in which he performs his tasks or performs his work.
Kwame Asare Obeng, also known as A Plus, is the most recent person who seems to respect and admire the IGP.
A Plus, upon observing the Inspector General of Police, Dr. George Akufo Dampare, shaking hands, hugging, and smiling with the kids of the Islamic High School in the Ashanti Region, asserted confidently that his appointment is one of the finest successes of the current government.
A Plus is an extremely trustworthy individual whose assessment of the IGP cannot be taken at face value. He lauded the IGP for the manner in which he handled the event that occurred yesterday in the Ashanti Region about the Islamic High School demonstration.
On A Plus’ Facebook page, he stated, “Dr. Dampare’s appointment is one of Akufo Addo’s biggest accomplishments.”
