David ‘Davido’ Adeleke, a sensational Afrobeats singer, has reportedly paid the bride price of his fiancée, Chioma Rowland, in her village of Ezeala, Imo state.
According to viral reports, the music artist, who had recently lost his kid, paid Chioma’s bride price in full to community elders in her Nkworji Ezeala ofu Nkwerre Local Government Area in Imo State.
Photos uploaded online show Chioma’s father surrounded by elders performing traditional Umunna and Umuada ceremonies.
Some of the products recorded in images published online included yam tubers and boxes of soft beverages, among other things.
You may recall that the singer promised to marry his heartthrob in 2023 before they lost their son, following which they became engaged.
